
Hey, my name is Dell McLeod. I'm a Stott Pilates instructor, offering body positive Pilates Sessions at my beautiful, peaceful home studio, up the coast from Ōtepoti, Dunedin. I also take classes in town at Lucy Warren Pilates.
For years I suffered intense, debilitating, body-contorting pain. I worked with doctors and medication, physio, massage therapists, osteopaths and yoga. I went to the gym 3 days a week, for 18 months. The pain was unrelenting.
Following surgery, Pilates helped me become strong, mobile and free of pain. This life-changing transformation inspired me to train in Stott Pilates, which is internationally recognised and science-based. My personal mission is to help others move with ease in their own lives.
Your first 55 minute session includes a free personalised pilates programme focused on your goals. I'll give you a list of exercises you can do in your own home, so that you're empowered to help yourself.
