Dell McLeod - Pilates InstructorHey, my name is Dell McLeod. I'm a Stott Pilates instructor, offering body positive Pilates Sessions at my beautiful, peaceful home studio, up the coast from Ōtepoti, Dunedin. I also take classes in town at Lucy Warren Pilates.

My Story

For years I suffered intense, debilitating, body-contorting pain. I worked with doctors and medication, physio, massage therapists, osteopaths and yoga. I went to the gym 3 days a week, for 18 months. The pain was unrelenting.

Pilates gave me my life back

Following surgery, Pilates helped me become strong, mobile and free of pain. This life-changing transformation inspired me to train in Stott Pilates, which is internationally recognised and science-based. My personal mission is to help others move with ease in their own lives.
